Great Chefs Cook Vegan

I stumbled across this book last week bumming around Barns and Noble.
The food photography is gorgeous and really well done.
Each chef included three to four vegan recipes. Perfect for a fancy dinner party, special event, or to customize to fit nightly dinner.
Chefs include: Thomas Keller, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Daniel Boulud, Charlie Trotter, Todd English, Eric Ripert, Cat Cora, and many other amazing chefs.

This is definitely on my must-buy list! And will make a great x-mas present for those who like to cook, vegan or not :)

I am in the middle of moving cross country. As soon as I get a kitchen i will be unpacking my knives and start chopping!
I heard you were coming soon!! After you get settled we should discuss publishing a cookbook together. I've been working on one for a year or two, slowly.
